Purchasers now have more power to manage recurring subscriptions in their Autodesk account. They have a new option to manage auto-renewal preferences for up to 100 subscriptions at a time and receive one confirmation email.
This feature significantly reduces the time required to manage subscriptions—all recurring subscriptions auto-renew by default, and we recommend turning off auto-renew to ensure you can review and discuss your licensing needs at renewal with your CADD Microsystems sales rep.
This feature lets admins quickly turn off auto-renew for all subscriptions after renewal. Previously, they had to update each subscription individually. Now, for recurring subscriptions still set to auto-renew, purchasers can search and filter based on various criteria before managing settings for up to 100 subscriptions simultaneously with one action and one confirmation, saving them time.
Purchasers can visit their Autodesk account's Subscriptions and Contracts page to review and manage auto-renewal settings for their organization’s subscriptions.
