One of CADD’s BIM experts, Purvi Gandhi Irwin, will be hitting the road to present at The Association for Preservation Technology International (APTI) Documentation Workshop in Boston, Massachusetts. APTI is an international association of professionals – including architects, engineers, and conservators – that are committed to promoting the use of technology to conserve historic structures and their settings.
Purvi’s session is titled An Architect’s Digital Documentation Toolbox, and she’ll examine the selection and implementation of various design technologies. She will also discuss how to use these tools at the various stages of project, as well as the application at different project scales.
Originally part of APTI’s 2014 annual conference in Quebec, Canada, this workshop was such a huge success that APTI decided to take it on the road, to Hawaii, Pennsylvania, and now its latest stop in Massachusetts.
The two day conference is packed with a variety of interesting topics and presentations, and is located in the historic Trinity Church – one of America’s most significant architectural landmarks. This workshop is sure to be one you don’t want to miss! For more information about this event and registration, please visit APTI’s website.
