On the eighth day of CADD Care, the CADD team gave to me… the gift of easy Autodesk license management!
This festive season, we’re excited to bring you practical insights for navigating CADD tools. Today, we're shedding light on the process of assigning or reassigning Autodesk licenses, ensuring the right team member has access to your newly purchased software.
Here’s how to keep your licenses optimized and accessible:
- Assign a User:
- Go to User Management > By User.
- Select the user profile to view assignable products.
- Choose a product and click Assign.
If you notice that a newly purchased license is not available you may need to reassign it to the correct user. To do so you can follow these steps:
- Unassign a User:
- Sign in at manage.autodesk.com and click User Management > By Product.
- Select the product to view assigned users.
- Click Unassign next to the user to revoke their license.
- Follow the "Assign a User" steps from above to reassign the license
Wishing you a season of smooth transitions and bright productivity!
